Hansika is a Buddhist with origin though she born in Mumbai, India and brought up there as well where she was attended the Podar International School and later on went on to the International Curriculum School to pursue her further studies. Initially, this gorgeous lady started her acting career as a child artist in a TV show Shaka Laka Boom Boom in the year 2000 and after that appeared in a popular Hindi daily soap Desh Me Nikla Hoga Chand. For this series she got her first Child Award in the Star Parivaar Awards and bagged a child role in the Bollywood movie Koi Mil Gaya in which she appeared with Hrithik Roshan and Preity Zinta.
